I dig this Strange Nature serie!

They remind me of caveman drawings for some reason. Maybe thats because of rough background texture and vivid, yet natural colors? And quality of lines you use here is quite similiar to those in Altamira cave. I don`t know why, but i see these drawings as a collection of modern-day totems. Speaking of artistical influences, i see obvious Picasso and Chagall influence here. I thought your art was more similiar to Picasso before but now i think it is more like Chagall. Animal symbolism and overall look of drawings remind me of his works. Anyway, this is a nice blending of natural drawing and design!

Dear Vitalik, sorry for the late answer, I was busy like crazy.
ARIGATOU!

Ciao Emmanuelle, THANK YOU! I was very inspired when I did this stuff, I think I'll go on this style once in a while

ZM, THANK YOU, I'm grateful to your attention and analysis, Yes I'm influenced by Chagall a lot, I love his art, I really love also Dufy, I can feel they where,in artistic way, free man.And maybe they were free as much as caveman.Personally I'm trying to take distance to everything looks knew, because new stuff too often appears to me insincere, born from narcissism rather than inner feelings.

Ciao Bailey, thank you ^_^, compliments are my caffeine.

Ciao Wako, THANK YOU! Love your design!

Jojo, THANK YOU! Really glad you like these pieces, I wish I'll have more time in the future to make more style-experiments like these.

J.etienne, Thanks for your interest for it, That stuff is not published but sooner or later I think I'll make an artbook collecting my work and "the Girl and the Bear" will have for sure space in it, maybe with knew drawings.

Ciao Lorelay, THANK YOU! Glad you like them. How was your trip. Are a lot of color sketches coming soon in your blog?
